Complete and submit the registration form below. Written confirmation will be sent to each registrant. Registration fees are fully refundable if cancellation is made by April 9, 2010, after this time, cancellations are subject to a Euro 300 cancellation fee per person. Substitutions may be made at any time with no charge.

Hotel: Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel and travel reservations. The conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. A special rate of Euro 175/night (including Breakfast and Wifi internet) is available for registered attendees. The conference fee includes entrance into all sessions, the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, the Monday evening Banquet at the Reichstag Kaefer Restaurant and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. An invoice will be sent upon registration, payment must be made before the conference. Bank Wire details are sent upon registration. Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. Note : There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. Sign up 3 colleagues from one company at the same time and receive Euro 200 discount per person

The conference fee includes admission to two day long executive briefings, panel discussions, question & answer sessions, two luncheons, welcome reception, one off-site banquet, a comprehensive set of conference materials, all speaker handouts, and admission to the table-top exhibit area. You may invite a spouse, additional meal tickets including banquet and reception is Euro 165.
